Privacy Policy
A) In accordance with art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30.06.2003 (the Privacy Code), the customer is informed of the following. The customer’s personal data will be processed for: purposes which are functional to fulfilment of tax, accounting and legal obligations and to management of contracts and customers (supply of products and accessories, assistance service, management and administration of customers, orders, shipments, invoices, checks on solvency and management of disputes), purposes linked with sales activities (mail-order sales, marketing and advertising, market analysis and surveys, promotional activities, surveys on customer satisfaction, competitions, events, games with prizes and similar, statistical analysis). The data will also be processed through creation and management of a central archive, with use of paper, computer and telecommunications mediums to which specialised and authorised personnel has access. Providing personal data which is essential for fulfilment of legal requirements and/or starting and/or continuation of the contractual relationship is obligatory, in the sense that failure to do so will make starting and/or creation of the relationship impossible. Providing other personal data is optional and usually serves for providing a better customer service, so refusal to provide said data will have no negative consequences for the customer.
Personal data which relates to the customer may be communicated to parent companies, subsidiary companies and/or associated companies of Twin Set – Simona Barbieri S.r.l., for the same reasons indicated above, or to external operators providing specialised services in: management of software, hardware, telecommunications and computer systems, data processing and storage activities, printing, transmission, enveloping, transport and dispatching of communications to customers, financing services, credit recovery and analysis of financial risks. Please note that the customer may always exercise the rights contemplated by art. 7 of the Privacy Code. The data processing manager is Twin Set – Simona Barbieri S.r.l., with registered office in Carpi (MO), Via della Chimica 21. In sending confirmation of the purchase order via computer, the customer acknowledges receipt of the above information and consents to processing of the personal data provided.
B) The data you freely provide us, automatically giving us your consent, will not be spread. The information as to your personal data is always an optional one, anyhow, in the absence of the data indicated in the above form as “compulsory” we will not be able to register you as new user. Your data will be kept by the owner and utilized for marketing activity by mailing either of promotional or advertising material relevant to our products and services as well.
C) In your position of interested person you owe all the rights as per Code art.7 and among them the right to freely gain access to data, to obtain without delay their updating or the cancellation for violation of the law, and to object to the processing of your personal data for marketing purposes.
